US domestic clearance and overstock, B2B
Every supplier sends a different spreadsheet. Your buyers see one catalog.
Upload the file exactly as it arrived. lotflows reads the columns, pulls the images out of the cells, remembers how you mapped that supplier last time, and publishes a catalog buyers can actually search.

The catalog problem nobody wants to own
Clearance moves fast and arrives messy. The work that stops a lot from being sold is almost never the selling.
Every sheet is laid out differently
Headers, units, currencies, merged cells, subtotal rows, images floating over the grid. Automatic matching only gets part of the way: across our corpus, exactly one sheet in 82 had all five core fields recognised on its own.
Many pallets have no codes at all
A photo, a price, a rough quantity. No SKU, no ASIN, no barcode. Those lots never make it into a spreadsheet-shaped system, so they never get shown to a buyer.
Stock is a number someone overwrote
When quantity is a single field that gets replaced, nobody can answer how much moved this month, when it dropped, or who changed it.
How it works
Four steps. The only one that needs a person is the one where a person is genuinely better.
Upload the file as it came
We fingerprint it, tell you whether it is new, a duplicate or a new version of a sheet you already have, profile every column, and extract the images embedded in the cells — anchored to the real Excel row, so the picture belongs to the right item.
Confirm the mapping
Every column arrives with a confidence score and the evidence behind it: what matched in the header, what the values look like, what you decided last time. You confirm; we remember. Columns we are unsure about stay parked rather than guessing.
Categorise and publish
Pick from a real product taxonomy instead of typing a category name, set price, MOQ and lead time, then publish. Drafts stay private and never count against your plan.
Answer buyers
Buyers browse, save and open a chat about a specific lot. You answer in one workbench, and every answer makes the listing better for the next buyer.

Built for people who are careful with their data
A clearance catalog is competitive data. These are structural decisions, not settings you have to remember to switch on.
Images carry an invisible watermark
Every derivative at 480px and above is watermarked before it leaves us, so a picture that turns up somewhere else can be traced back to where it came from.
No raw database identifiers leave the building
Every ID in a URL or an API response is derived, never the internal key — so nothing can be enumerated, and an ID from one storefront cannot be pasted into another.
Ownership is enforced inside the query
Which organisation a record belongs to is part of the database query, never a parameter the browser gets to send. Not found and not allowed return the same answer.
We never touch the money
lotflows sells a data service. There is no escrow, no split payment, no payout account. The deal closes between you and the other side, on your own terms.
